KEY FEATURES
● Finnley pieces with a Honey finish are constructed from white oak wood with oak veneers; Liath Smoke, Ebony, and Mocha finished pieces are constructed from Finnish pine with oak veneers.
● Craftsman-built pieces feature reinforced mortise-and-tenon joinery for added strength and stability and are complemented by carrara marble, white marble or bluestone tops.

● Metal hardware features a light brass color finish.
Wood surfaces feature hand-stained finishes and a protective coating of lacquer for subtle sheen.

After receiving the goods, if there is any quality problem, we provide 30 natural days free return and exchange service.

Returns for personal reasons other than quality problems require payment of shipping costs to deliver the goods to the designated address provided by us.
We will give you a refund after deducting the production cost and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you. (the production cost is usually 25% of the order amount).

Q: I have a high ceiling? Can I customize the length of the rods or the length of the cord?
A: If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service.
Q: How long does it take to get shipping information?
A: A: Generally, the products will be handed over to the logistics company after processing. It will take 1-3 days to receive the logistics information after the products are handed over to the logistics company.
Q: Can I get a full refund because of quality issues?
A: We support full refunds due to quality issues. (Pictures are required as evidence)

Q: Do you replace parts damaged during shipping free of charge?
A: Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if there is a defect in shipping or manufacturing. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.
Q: After I receive the lamp, can I return it if I don't like it?
A: We support a refund after you receive the product, but you need to ship it to our designated shipping address at your own expense, and we will start refunding after we receive the product. After checking that there is no problem, we will start refunding. Our refund will deduct our shipping cost and refund the principal amount of the product.
