Description

The European empire-style crystal chandelier is an artwork of craftsmanship and beauty. This chandelier consists of two parts: the upper part is numerous crystal rods in the shape of a rectangle, regularly arranged like a long neck; the lower main part is like a huge crystal bowl or an inverted dome with a layered look. You will fall in love with this crystal chandelier once you see it online, or even more when installed in your staircase, hallway, duplex, loft, or villa.

Note:
* Please note that the lamp comes in separate parts and will need basic assembly, and professionals would be highly recommended.

For rooms with ceilings under 8 feet, aim to hang fixtures no lower than 7 feet from the floor. In areas with higher ceilings (9 feet or more), you have more flexibility. For each additional foot of ceiling height, increase the drop of the fixture by 3 inches. For a dining table, the general rule is to hang the fixture 30 to 36 inches above the surface.

When hanging a light fixture over a dining table, the width of the fixture plays an important role in achieving comfortable proportions and a visually balanced look. As a general guideline, the fixture should be about 24 to 30 inches narrower than the width of the table—this helps keep the light centered over the dining area without feeling oversized or visually crowding the edges.

For pendants over a kitchen island or dining table, a common rule of thumb is to hang them about 24 to 30 inches apart, measured from the center of one pendant to the center of the next. This spacing keeps the lighting evenly distributed, prevents the pendants from feeling crowded, and helps each piece read clearly as its own design element.
